The property is a historic building at number 248 Via Etnea, the main street running through the heart of Catania from the Cathedral to Villa Bellini, lined with baroque palaces, shops and historic cafés. An ideal location to explore the city on foot, among UNESCO sites, traditional markets and city life.

The project is a boutique hotel with 6 independent rooms, each with a private bathroom, designed to be booked individually: 3 double rooms with a double bed, 2 double rooms with a double bed or two single beds, and 1 quadruple room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The historic building will be fully renovated in 2026, with opening planned by the end of the year.
